The lumbar support doesnt locks in place, if you lie down it will go back like nothing and I weigh 60kg.
The inclination of the back chair also doesnt allow you to sit correctly, your posture is all wrong. I'm 1.82 meters tall. The seat is not even large enough, more than half of my legs are not touching the seat.
All I got is a small chair that smells like cheap plastic, uncomfortable, one small accidental cut on the seat will cause the chair to not support you more. Paid 650€ priced above 1k € insane 😂
La silla en si no es mala, es verdad que los materiales se ven de una calidad medianamente buena, pero los acabados no son los mejores, he vuelto a ver la pagina y creo que la E3 Pro se ve mas moderna y con un mejor acabado que la ultra y debería ser todo lo contrario en mi opinión, armarla no es nada difícil y es verdad que como una novedad esta bien, aunque hasta que no empiece el verano no sabré si vale la pena que sea tan transpirable. Si la compras de oferta puede que valga la pena, pero creo que sigue por debajo de las sillas gaming tradicionales que están en ese rango de precio. Solo diré que hay días que me gusta mucho y otros días en los que me arrepiento. Aun así le doy 4 estrellas por la innovación y el diseño.

After watching numerous YouTube reviews praising this chair, it's now clear to me that many of those videos were likely sponsored, as I genuinely cannot understand how anyone would rate this chair above a basic £100–£200 model. While it may appear stylish and has a few adjustable features, it is extremely uncomfortable to sit on and lacks proper support in key areas.
The lumbar support on my chair, for instance, started clicking out of place after just one day of use. The packaging was very basic — typical of lower-end imports — and certainly not what I expected for a product at this price point.
I have previously owned chairs from Secretlab, and the difference in packaging quality and overall build is substantial. I chose to switch due to ongoing lower back issues and hoped for a more ergonomic solution. I did consider a Herman Miller chair after testing one locally, but opted for this alternative due to the cost — a decision I now deeply regret. Unfortunately, this has left me out of pocket with a product that fails to meet expectations.
