Can I change my shipping address?
Your submitted order is sent to our warehouse for shipping immediately so we are unable to amend your order. If your package could not be successfully delivered, it will be returned to the warehouse and a credit will be made to your payment method.
How do I get my tracking number?
Once your order has been handed over to the carrier for delivery, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email.

When I first got the chair, I was very satisfied.
But a couple of days ago I leaned back in the chair and the chair snapped.
Since Hbada says you have a 3 year warranty and lifetime customer support I thought lets ask for help.
I send an email 3 times now with no reply yet, not only that they even went as far as deleting my last review never again.
I am very satisfied with the price, speed of delivery and very good communication. The excellent instructions and accessories made assembly quick and easy. The materials are of high quality and the chair offers more than the asking price.
The complaints are a consequence of my build, height and weight, not the product...
When I sit, I cannot recline my upper back because the lumbar support is too far forward. I would like the lumbar support to be able to move further back.
Also, the backrest starts to recline without resistance, which is an uncomfortable feeling that I have to get used to. I would prefer it if the backrest reclined gradually.
I probably should have bought a model with more options...
I really like the design, materials, and build quality. The chair is great, but my back and butt hurt a lot right now. I hope I just need to get used to it and then I can enjoy your chair to the fullest.

Beautiful, really comfortable, easy to assemble and use, genuinely can’t find any flaws or cons, an incredible product that I’d recommend anyone, independently of wether they suffer from back pain or not
Very comfortable, easy to assemble, and all the adjust options I need for an 8h office workday. Also, the design is very cute.
My only concert is the durability of the handrests and the stretched fabric over the parts, but the comfort is really good and it was only 30 minutes to assemble.

I love my chair. It did took me a while to understand how the adjustment for the lumbar support works.
Read closely in case you where struggling too!
After you installed the chair, you can lift up the lumbar support for the perfect fit.
This support has 4 levels only!!!
The base, then it clicks for level two (1), clicks for level 3 (2), clicks for level 4 (3) - and if you lift beyond the 3rd click sound, it will revert back to the base level and NOT LOCK!
I thought that it had no possibility to lock the lumbar support when in reality i used it wrong. I always lifted beyond the click sound. Which resulted in it reverting back. Now after i figured it out, my back is really happy!
