I have purchased several of these chairs after doing an ergonomic assessment for co-workers. The lumbar support is good. It can be moved up and down according to height. The armrest can also move to fit individuals.
Very comfortable.
Unfortunately the chair did not have a functioning lifting mechanism (my guess is a faulty gas cylinder) so I have not been able to use it. I am in touch with Hbada service team and hope they will send a replacement.
Chair is comfortable, i can adjust it easily, great material
Materials are well-built in my opinion and probably worth the money. I feel like the “Height Adjustable Back Support” could've been a bit better. Better lock mechanism and ability for it to go a little higher would've been great. Overall, it's a great chair.
